  • Personal details obtained to help us run our events such as dietary information, emergency contact details, and details about injuries will be held for 2 years

  • Images and videos taken at our events: publicly on our website, social media or other marketing and information media

  • Data provided by you which is relevant for running an event such as name, contact information, dietary preferences: Suppliers and service providers
