With its roots in Rocket, RB has evolved to incorporate a number of styles of yoga and movement with sequences which build strength and flexibility. Each practice focuses on a particular direction of travel - Up, Down, Forwards and Backwards - so that your practice and body are balanced. 

From pranayama to techno, RocketBeats encourages self-reflection and self-agency so that you can find your own ways to be still.

  • DOWN – everything hips and lower body – warriors, standing balances, hips openers and more

  • FORWARDS – everything forward folding – hip compression, core engagement, pressing and more

  • BACKWARDS – everything front body opening – core engagement, back body strength, backbends and more
