What to expect

This is a 10-hour weekend immersive exploring all four directions of travel in your practice. Across two days, you’ll work with paired directions: Up & Down on Saturday, Forwards & Backwards on Sunday, to build a powerful, well-rounded experience of movement, strength, stability, and stillness.

Each day includes:

• A 2-hour morning class blending both directions of the day

• A 3-hour afternoon workshop diving deeper into the paired directions, combining technique, drills, and a full asana practice
