Monday - Beach Day
A chilled day by the Mediterranean. Rincón de la Victoria is a local coastal town about 15 minutes from the retreat, with a long sandy beach and a seafront promenade lined with chiringuitos (traditional Spanish beach bars). Cost: £20— covers transportation, sun loungers and food would be a separate charge.

Monday - Sunset Catamaran
A 1.5-hour sunset cruise along the Málaga coastline by catamaran. Glass of cava on boarding, with a bar on board for the rest. If you want to arrive a bit earlier, Málaga's old town is right there for a wander beforehand. Cost: £35— per person, includes cruise and glass of cava.

Wednesday - Day Trip Nerja
An afternoon in Nerja, one of the prettiest coastal towns on the Costa del Sol. Wander the whitewashed old town, browse boutiques, and take in the views from the famous Balcón de Europa. Then we'll settle in at Rincón del Sol, an upscale beach club on Burriana Beach, for loungers, cocktails, and Mediterranean food right on the sand. About 40 minutes from the retreat. Cost: £30— covers transportation, food and drinks at the beach club are pay-as-you-go.

Friday - Flamenco & Tapas
Flamenco is the soul of southern Spain. Raw, rhythmic, and completely captivating, even if you've never seen it before. We're heading out for an evening of live flamenco followed by a traditional tapas dinner with local specialities and good wine. Cost: £75— per person, includes transportation, show entry and dinner with drinks.
