This training is suitable for anyone who has already completed a yoga teacher training and maintains a regular dynamic physical yoga practice. It’s ideal for dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their knowledge for the practice and who prefer to do so under the sun.

Course content

Anatomy
Get to know key anatomical movements – familiarise yourself with the differences between flexion and extension, elevation and depression and what terms like these mean in the context of asana and sequencing

Drills and sequences
Create anatomically sound and relatable drills for every direction of travel. Develop your own sun salutations and sequences for all levels of students and classes

Alignment, strength and flexibility
Understand the importance of balancing strength and flexibility and learn how to find equanimity between these in your own and your students’ practices

Cueing and adjustments
Improve your verbal cueing and physical adjustments for all levels of student

Pranayama
Expand your encyclopaedia of breathing techniques and learn how to teach simple breathwork to a range of students

Days will run from 8.30am – 7.30pm (exact schedule will be provided before the training)

Eligibility & Application
This training is open to anyone who has already completed a yoga teacher training and maintains a regular, dynamic physical yoga practice.
The fee includes all yoga sessions, study materials, meals, and accommodation. Flights are not included. Book by 31 March 2026 to receive a £50 Early Bird discount.
