Pop-up Summer Series
Join Imi or Alan for a 60 minute online only RB asana class - each dedicated to a particular direction of travel. Options are given and classes are suitable for everyone except complete beginners.

RB Anywhere Online Course - DOWN - Autumn Series
Join Imi and Alan for this 4 week series - where we give you all kinds of drills for your tool box. Each session will lead you through a series of drills and complex movements - and gives you the chance to ask those niggling questions you never get to ask in class. Plus you’ll get a little bit of homework, and by the end you’ll have the strength and confidence to try all kinds of weird and wonderful things.
In October, we’ll be going Down and focusing on all kinds of splits - whether you’re looking to increase your flexibility or build strength, we’ll be giving you all the drills you need to work strong and balanced front and middle splits (and a couple of other poses too).

Week 1
Hamstrings and hip flexors - this week we’ll break down the fundamentals of the front splits - get ready for a whole host of lunges and hamstring stretches. As with everything we do, we’ll be focusing on the strength just as much as the flexibility,
Week 2
Front splits - this week we’ll take the fundamentals of week 1 and apply it to front splits, standing splits (on both legs) and maybe even see what it looks like upside down (it’s a lot harder).
Week 3
Pigeon - this week we’ll be applying what we’ve learnt so far and introducing external rotation. Sounds like a lovely stretch, doesn’t it? It’s not.
Week 4
Side splits - learn how to engage rather than collapse into your side splits. Whether you’re looking for a deeper and stronger upavistha, a more controlled straddle pincha, or simply more outer hip strength and inner thigh flexibility, we’ve got you covered

Starting 8 October and running for 4 weeks (i.e. 8 October, 15, October, 22 October, 29 October inclusive)
